BUG: Photo library creates non disappearing invisible playlist

Server Version#: Version 1.40.2.8395 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7
Player Version#: Web 4.125.1, Android newest, IOS newest
Yesterday i tried creating a Photo Library for the first time and deleted it again later.
Until yesterday i had the playlists Entry in the left side menu only when i had created a playlist in series or videos (i checked sticky and not sticky). It disappeared after deleting all playlists.
This time: Even after i deleted the photo library there was still the playlists entry shown. After creating some other playlist i had 2 categories: one with the fresh created series playlist and one playlist category photos, which didn’t contain anything (of course, because the photo library was deleted before and i even didn’t create a photo playlist).
I just added 5 pictures for testing, watched them, added 2 to favorites, removed them, created and removed a folder/album and finally deleted the complete library.
Now i suspect there is a bug: as soon as i use a photo library just once, there is a non visible non deleteable photo playlist which causes the playlists entry to show up and never goes away again.
I solved the problem with restoring a Database backup from 3 days ago, now everything is fine, playlists entry works as it should, only visible when i create at least one playlist.
I don’t want to have that entry when there is no playlist in any library.
Does anybody else have this behavior? Did i do something wrong? How can i avoid this? Or ist it really a bug in photos on Mac Server?

Thanks

An issue like this might solve itself at the latest after a week of nightly automatic server maintenance cycles.
This when the database is purged of old index tables etc. which might play a role in the appearance of that “playlists” tab.

After a week because of “optimize database weekly”?
I did this by myself in web interface as well as clean bundles and empty trash, this didn’t help.
Does the automatic task purge do more than the web interface version?
Im glad to hear that it should hopefully go away after a while, but it shouldn’t show up at all. It’s seems only to happen with photos, not music, videos or series.

It might, yes. All kind of service operations which may take a rather long time.
