I’ve noticed that only in Plex Web, my photo library is missing the recently added from the Home screen and from the Recommended section in the library. No matter what I do, I can’t get it to show. I’ve created a new photo library, reset customization, used the new manage recommendations, and all have the same results.
RA in Other Videos also goes missing off the Home Screen - if you’re Merging Lists in the New Management Section.
I had to add Unplayed/Recently Played just to see something - until I merged my New Agent Test TV Show Library with the old one, then disabled Merging of Lists.
You probably won’t be able to do that as easily as I did.
Yeah, I noticed when I select merge recently added items, my photos library will now show but my other videos disappear. I’m not sure where to go or how this can be fixed. Is this a bug in the new manage recommendations or something with my libraries?
Just adding this and it maybe covered in another post, but just to be clear. I am using a Mac and am up to date on the server as far as the version. Recently added photos do not appear when using a browser. If a standalone app is used on a mac or if you use a phone or ipad the Recently added photos do appear. The problem is when using via a browser. I point this out as there was a previous issue with music which also just involved the browser and not other apps. Also in the Management of libraries, other options can be checked and they will display but not the Recently Added Photos option.
