Some specific movies just don’t want to pull any information from the net (ie cast info, tags, plot etc). First I thought this issue was on Plex cloud, but then tried this on my local server and got same result. I have changed the agent for the library to IMDB for all the categories and it still doesn’t do so. I have force matched it with the imdb id and it does detect that specific movie, but no metadata is downloaded.
