[Bug] Plexamp on MacOS not connecting directly over HTTPS

I have many players (PMP for Win, PMP for macOS, Plex for iOS, Prism for iOS, OpenPHT/RasPlex). Each of these connect to my server either as Remote or Local.

Plexamp on my Mac however connects as Indirect. On the same Mac PMP connects as Remote (my server is on a different subnet).
This changes when I disable secure connections, whereby Plexamp connects as Remote.

So it appears that Plexamp fails to connect securely. That’s even the case when secure connections are preferred. Plexamp would rather connect via a relay than locally (but insecurely).
