Bug Report/Feature request. Trailers, internet connection temporarily down // mod: skip trailer

This lies somewhere between a bug report and a feature request.

Situation: We are quite physically remote, the internet connection is not always up.

When the internet connection is down, and using a smart TV, if plex is set to play a trailer, then ideally it should just skip ahead to the film the user wishes to see.

Instead it will fail with “No media playable” or similar, and go back to the menu - despite the fact that the film itself is hosted locally and available.

This makes Plex unusable - the only solution at that time is to go to a computer, into plex web admin settings, and disable trailers. (and then remember to re enable it again when the internet is back up). We get short internet outages at least once a week, so this causes user/family frustration.

Solution: If a trailer can not be played, then plex should just continue to playing the film.
