Bug report: PlexAmp doesn't remember theme set to White

I do not want to use the ultrablur thing, I just want a consistent color regardless of album so that the app isn’t distracting.

Running macOS 10.13.6. To reproduce: Open plexamp, set theme to White. Make sure ‘track system theme’ is also checked. Close plexamp and reopen it. If you already have a song playing, you will immediately see the theme switch from White to Light (which uses ultrablur). If nothing is playing, go to settings and you will observe that the theme setting has reverted back to Light.

Expected behavior of track system theme: track whether I am using a dark or light theme on my OS, but obey my decision about whether to use a solid vs. ultrablur theme.

If you don’t want to see the blurred effect, adjust
Settings > Appearance > Background Style

IIRC the theme (Black, Dark, Light, White) has no impact on Plexamp’s background style (Flat, Smooth, Ultrablur)

Amusingly, I think this issue will be fixed in v3.9.1

I don’t mind the blur effect, but the changing colors are distracting when working. From my own experimenting I am 99% sure that Black and White themes do stay the same across album arts. Background style changes how the background is influenced by album art but is still nonetheless altered by the album art colors.
