Where can I find the actual description of what that is? Is there a bug tracker?

There is no public bug tracker.
We have asked many times for something public for tracking bugs. Nothing forthcoming yet. Just as we don’t know what the Team is working on with regard to features.
I mean, we’re just users, not developers. We have no need for this kind of info to muddy the waters…
