Had a look at this today.

It happens with transcoded streams on some clients when they are not able to pass custom headers to the video player stack (itā€™s sometimes just kind of a black box). Due to this the client identifier gets lost.

Iā€™ve opened a PR to do a lookup for the client id on the transcode session, itā€™s currently in review.
