Had a look at this today.
It happens with transcoded streams on some clients when they are not able to pass custom headers to the video player stack (it’s sometimes just kind of a black box). Due to this the client identifier gets lost.
I’ve opened a PR to do a lookup for the client id on the transcode session, it’s currently in review.
