Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Player Version#: 4.116.1
I am unable to click on the ellipses on the bottom right corner of an item. The Pencil icon on the bottom left works fine.
This is happening on OS X and multiple browsers have been tried. I can access these context menus via mobile (long press) or on the Plex Roku app.
The issue is only present when the ellipses are ontop of a screenshot or poster.
This used to work fine but I cannot tell when it broke as I do not use the web player very often.
If the ellipses are on their own then it works fine (such as here).

If you have not yet Restarted your Server/ Computer or tried to just swap out Plex Media Server Contents Folder in appliances. I can’t recommend any other solution
It’s running on a Synology NAS and I have stopped/started the Plex package along with restarted the entire NAS and the problem still persists. I don’t know what you mean by swap out Contents Folder. Do you mean completely uninstall and reinstall? If so, is there an option to backup configuration settings or media info cache? Would hate to need to identify and index things again.
This is what is shown in the logs when I click on those ellipses.

You need to Tag your post with NAS, forget what I suggested, that’s for running the server on a Mac.
Cheers
