BUG: web client forward/backward movement changes top row in browser

Server Version#: 1.30.2.6563
Player Version#: 4.100.1
Windows 10 (21H2) using Chrome browser v109.0.5414.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Tested using the [Movies & Shows on Plex] menu item but most likely does the same thing on every option. To replicate:

  1. go into the plex web client and select an option such as Movies & Shows on Plex
  2. note where the top of the visible browser window sits and then click on one of the displayed movies to see more information about it
  3. use the browser [back arrow] (or your mouse button to go back) (or alt-left arrow) to go back to the previous webpage to see the list of movies again
  4. note where the top of the browser window sits and then select another movie to see its info
  5. go back to the previous webpage

Repeat as often as you like. You will see that when the browser webpage goes back to its previous window it has moved up just a bit from where it was prior to viewing the movie info. NOTE: it seems to not do this on the top row of movies, and only when the < > (left right) scroll indicators exist, so the movies have to be scrollable to the right.

The bug is that the Plex web client Javascript is not restoring the previous window top row correctly upon return to the last window.

Yes, this is a minor thing. However, it is a bug that should be rolled into one of the upcoming releases of the Plex web client.
