Bug with play lists

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843-e3c1f7bcd
Player Version#: Roku V 6.5 build 4
It looks like some other people have posted abut the same issue with the Sinology Plex Media server and not gotten an answer. After my server got updated to 1.18.5.2309-f5213a238 I started having this issue. In the past any time you hit the down arrow key on the Roku remote to access the Play Queue you can scroll though the next 10 titles in the list or in the web-based player if you click the Play Queue button you can scroll though the next 21 titles. Normally you can go farther into the play list by playing the 10th or 21st video respectively and then go though the same process to keep scrolling though the list. Now after the update when you try and go past the 10th or 21st video you can’t, you can see the 11th or 22nd video in the list but cannot scroll to it. However, if you hit the next video button you can advance though the list. I have tried updating my sever to 1.19.3.2843-e3c1f7bcd and the bug is still there.
Thanks
Brian

So… you’re playing an item from a playlist, bring up the “up next” / play queue and it’s only showing a limited amount of items – not the entire playlist?
From looking at it in other clients… I don’t think the play queue is supposed/considered to reflect the entire playlist.

If I’m missing some point – not sure I got it right (e.g. regarding the ‘not being able to scroll’ part) – please elaborate.
Also… as this appears to be about the Roku client. What exact version of the Plex for Roku client do you have installed and what Roku model is that?

No as I stated this is not isolated to the Roku client but the Roku is running 6.5 build 4, it also happens in the web player built in to the sever so it is not isolated to the Roku client. As I said before the update you would access the play queue by arrowing down on the Roku or hit the play queue button in the web client. When the list is presented you will see and can scroll though either 10 or 21 titles depending if you are on the Roku or Web client. Previously to go deeper into the list you would have to play the last title in the list and then open the list again and you could scroll though the next block of them. However after the last 2 updates this appears to be broken.
Here is a link to someone else having the exact same issue.

I just gave this a test on the Roku, as it should work the way you describe. i.e. when you start playing the last item in that visible list, the Play Queue should add more items if applicable. From what I can tell that is happening, but it looks like it’s a focus issue (specifically on the Roku). I am unable to focus the PQ list, but the list has been updated. Is this what you are seeing on the Roku? (I’ve filed this issue internally to fix, but unsure if this is what you are seeing on the Roku)

Correct when you make it through the first group in the PQ and open the PQ to go deeper in the list you see what would be the next title at the bottom of the screen but cant scroll past or play it. I have to correct my self I though I was able to reproducer the issue on the Synology Roko Web client but if appears to function properly there.
Thank you for taking a look at this!

This is not a problem but more of a feature enhancement request. Would it be possible in future builds to make the count down timer on the playing next screen be adjusted in the settings. The default is 15 seconds, the way I use the player this is a little annoying. Id love to be able to set it to just play the next video with out interruption or be able to set it to 1 second. I realize there may be a bit of delay as it ques up and caches the next video but that would much better than the typical 30 - 45 second delay I was seeing.
If there is someplace to put in enchantment request please point me towards it and Ill be happy to submit it there!
Thanks!

No need to submit an additional one. There’s already a request for this you can vote for.
