Hey, I’ve been searching the internet and the forums but nobody seems to have this issue.
I’ve been using plex for years on a number of different phones and its been working great until recently. I’m using a Blackberry Key2 LE and for some reason plex cannot access my local photos and videos. I’ve checked the permissions and plex has storage access. I’ve tried clearing the data and cache, reinstalled the app with no success. Which is even more odd is this is my second Key2 LE (the first one broke) and that one worked fine.
When I click camera roll and select Local Photos it thinks for a while and then says that the folder is empty. Local videos works.
I want to enable the photo sync option and this is preventing it from working.
If anyone has any ideas I’m all ears.
