Hi I have the plex server on my laptop for my music which is working great, can I have a second server setup on the same laptop for my movies as I want to keep this seperate from my music collection & can just switch servers if I want to watch my movie collection, I am on windows 10 with the latest server from plex just updated it.

Music and Movies have to be in totally different libraries anyway.
Doing this doesn’t make sense from a technical point of view.
So what are you actually trying to achieve?
I’ve thought about trying to set up a second plex server. My reasoning may be a little unique. My current server is “unclaimed” because I don’t like the thought of linking it to an online account (despite having purchased a Plex Pass to support the company). There have been times when I was thinking of setting up a second plex server so that two people could have separate Watched/Played status.
Each user gets their own watched/played status.
I think that’s only if you claim the server. My experience with an unclaimed server is that the watched/played status is global. There is no user selection and marking something as watched on one device is automatically seen on another device.
