Ignore certain tags by default?
I have a transcoder script setup for my mythtv setup. It works wonderfully for me, but in order to know which recording it is linked to, I have the file names it outputs are like:Name_Of_Show.Name_of_episode.SSeason#EEpisode#.(HDTVChannelIDNumber-StartTime).avi
I could change () to [] if that would make it simpler or probably anything else as long as I can have a reference to the recording start time and channel ID number. Is there any way to have the plex media scanner ignore a certain pattern (Like ignore [HDTV#-#] or something)? My recorded movies aren't getting matches in the scanner. They have the HDTV#-# in their names. The TV shows seem to work ok, though. Perhaps setting an ignore parameter for both would speed things up on both sides, but I'm more concerned about movies. I don't know python well enough to write my own scanner script. :-/
