Can I delete /tmp/music-analysis-input directories if Sonic Analysis is done?

I had a stuck Sonic Analysis run which I fixed by stopping the server, replacing a bad file, and restarting the server. The restart may have stopped analysis from cleaning up after itself, as I have many temp files that look like this:

/tmp/music-analysis-input-9fc647d9-bb2f-429d-beed-a7a4a24d66b7/track-0006.wav

If Sonic Analysis is not running can I delete these directories and wav files manually?
