Can I do an uninstall of PMP for Windows without losing personal data?

PMP no longer runs after the latest upgrade.

Tried an installer “Repair” - still not running.

Is it possible to perform an installer “Uninstall” without losing personal data ?

This would enable me to perform a clean install without the need to reconfigure ,
