Can I run Plex Media Server on Seagate-Central NAS?

So it looks like the Seagate Cenrtal may be added as a compatible server according the the latest email update from plex.

Is this correct?  If so, how do I setup my Seagate Central as a Plex NAS device?  I have downloaded the file from here https://plex.tv/downloads listedas the ARM processor for Plex Medsia Server for Seagate .  I assume I need to copy this file to the Seagate Central?

Then what next?

Did anyone have any success with this? I dont see how its possible to install the rbw file. It seems to be intended for Seagate NAS and Seagate Personal Cloud

Its Aug 2017 now, I also have Seagate Central, is the plex available for Seagate Central now?
