Can `media.scrobble` include the thumbnail?

Any reason that media.scrobble (indicating I’ve finished watching a piece of content) doesn’t include the thumbnail like media.play and media.rate do? With things the way that they currently are, if I want to respond to a webhook only when I’ve largely “finished” a movie/show, there’s no easy way for me to capture the thumbnail without capturing the media.play webhook and then holding onto that state until the media.scrobble comes across.
