Can no longer add posters

For the past couple weeks, I have not been able to add posters to my movies and tv shows. I was able to do this in the past. I faithfully update Plex every time there’s an update, so I don’t know if that’s the issue or not. When I click on the image file to add, nothing happens. It doesn’t get added, and there is no error message. It doesn’t appear in the selection of images to choose from.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can still add posters via Plex Web, with Server version 1.18.3.2111 and Plex Web version 4.16.2.

The version number you listed doesn’t appear to be for Plex Web or the Server, so I’m guessing its for one of the apps. Can you clarify?

It’s the Plex for Windows app.

I checked and tried using Plex Web, and it worked. So it appears to be an issue with the Plex for Windows app.
