Hello everyone! I hope you can help me out! I’m connected to the server and I can see all the movies and series and songs and shows - but the moment I want to watch something it just stays in the loading mode. this is the same for all media types. Also i tried this on all devices and it’s always the same. Just that loading sign. I already deleted my account 3 times and signed in with a new address, connected to the server and nothing changed. I know there is no problem with the server because other friends using it don’t have that problem and also the host has no problems. I’m so frustrated and have no more email addresses left to try. Who can help me out??

Changing your account won’t help. That has nothing to do with playback. Please try playing back again, and grab the logs for the client you are using. If you have an Android device, the logs from that would be helpful.

I have been trying for 2 months now. Always clicking on a movie and on play. Nothing happens. In the Browser, with the App, on my MacBook, Smartphone, iPad - it wont play any media.
