Unable to play back media

Using PC, iPhone, and Xbox One, I’m unable to play anything off my friend’s media server. I’ve tried using different devices and using cellular data instead of wifi, but it doesn’t seem to work on any device. The media server shows that playback is happening on their end, but I just see an endless loading wheel.

Help!!!

Did you check their remote playback capabilities with them? e.g. upload bandwidth or capability to transcode

Yep, all okay. Playback was working fine a month ago and suddenly stopped. I made no changes to any of my systems, so I’m really out here without a clue.
