Can PleXBMC not Rasplex on RPi, stream from USB HD drive to iPhone?

I have installed PleXBMC and PleXBMC Helper on RPi. I am not using Rasplex. I have a USB hard drive plugged in to the RPi.

 

Is it possible to stream content from hard drive to iPhone/iPad?

 

If it is possible, how do I do it please?
