Can rarely connect to server via Android app

Server Version#: 4.84.1
Player Version#: Latest from Play (have just tried a reinstall)

The app on my Note 9 is really unreliable, 90% of the time I’m told the server is unavailable even though it’s on the same wifi network as the mobile - we have two TVs that connect without fault. Any ideas? Restarting the server sometimes helps.
