Can you set a custom comskip file for a specific channel?

Are you able to assign a specific channel (or channels) a specific Comskip file? For example, here in Australia the way SBS moves between commercial and show requires a special comskip file. Is there a way I can assign SBS (and it’s HD channel) a specific Comskip file?

Not within Plex. You could setup a post processing script to use comskip to specify different files or if you are running Plex on Windows MCEBuddy will allow different comskip.ini files.
