Can you use 2 accounts to connect to 1 server?

I’ve got a Synology NAS DS718+ with the Plex server installed and working with one account with no problems.

I am trying to log a second account to the server in the NAS but when I enter the account it doesn’t find the server and it tells me to download and install Plex media Server.

How can I “tell” the second account to look for the server in the NAS?
