Hi, I am controlling RasPlex with a Crestron system and it’s working fine except of some informations I cannot retrieve from the playing movie.
In my Crestron module I have to enter the Media Server IP and Port wich are 192.168.1.89 and 32400. I have enter those informations in the RasPlex Preference. The thing is that I cannot ping this adress and cannot access it also from a browser, should I be able to do so??
The Crestron module also ask for an Plex ID. It said in the help that the ID should be 1, but I have no clue of what this ID is exactly.
If anyone can give me a hint or thwo about this Media Player adress IP and Port and how am I supposed to find them on the network.
BTW, Plex media server work great from a browser and from app on iphone/ipad.
