Cannot add library folder from second drive

Server Version#: 4.22.3
Player Version#: N/A
I have 2 physical drives, an OS drive and a Data drive. I can see the Data drive listed when I go to add my library, but the file browser in the library selection doesn’t show anything from the contents of the drive. Thoughts?

Same here, only I’m using OSX.

I have an external drive connected via USB. OSX Finder can see it (and the files on it) just fine … but when I go to Manage Libraries/add library - it doesn’t show up as an option.

It’s almost certainly permissions.

Are you using a static mount for the drive, or are you letting the OS mount the drive for you under /media?

If the latter, you’ll need to create a static mount and set ownership and permissions correctly. This how-to entry should help you with that:

It would be best for you to create your own thread and tag it with ‘server-mac’ in order to get assistance.

But as an initial suggestion, head into macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security → Files & Folders and ensure Plex Media Server has permission to access Removable Volumes.

Thank you. Yes it is just showing up under media. I will let you know if I have any questions.

Thank you. I was able to connect to a static mount.
