CANNOT CHANGE THE PRIVATE i

I am having a severe problem with two things
Settings > Server > Network. is NOT working I do not see it on the setings page
2. Private 172.17.0.2 : 32400 Public 69.244.235.135 : 0 Internet this private address needs to be 98.76.54.38 but I cannot fin where to change it. This addresses are:
IPv4 default 98.76.54.33 via br0 0
IPv4 98.76.54.32/29 br0 1
IPv4 172.17.0.0/16 docker0 0
IPv4 192.168.122.0/24 virbr0 0

The 172. should be eliminated and the 98 should be there. AND i DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT.

Looks like some issue with your docker configuration. Can you switch the container‘s network setup into bridge mode?
It appears the container is currently creating its own subnet an your server is using this.

IPv4 192.168.122.0/24 virbr0 0

Docker is the 172 network. the 98 network is a DHCP network hosted by my PFSense firewall. So are you saying configure the Plex to use the docker address?
