I’m also experiencing the same issue with 1.15.3.835 (and 1.15.3.858) on WS2016. I cannot select the video quality on a remote play on the Chrome, Firefox, or Plex Media Player. Transcoding still works as the default setting (if I set the default quality to 720, it’ll stream 720), but I cannot change the quality once the stream is running. Clicking on the stream settings, and clicking “Show All” (resolutions), nothing appears.
after upgrading to today’s 1.15.4 version resolved the issue for me.
I have same problem in v. 1.15.4.993. Tried Chrome and Firefox, tried plex web as well as connecting to the server directly. Happening on Western Digital PR4100. Plex is defaulting to 8 mbit for external connections.

Update: After clearing browser cache, I can change the quality while movie is playing, but not on the movie details screen… So still half broken. Ideas?
Update 2: After upgrading PMS to 1.15.4.994, problem still persists, even after opening it from fresh Firefox install…
Update 3: Re-analyzed entire library, deleted the firefox cache (again), and guess what, it still does not work. At this point I would really appreciate some advice.
@chrisallen might I ask you to look at the issue? If some more info is needed, I will try to provide. Thanks.
I’m sorry but I cannot help with Windows, PMP or LG players.
Well, this is on pr4100 Nas and web player, did not want to create new thread for issue already reported…
