Some Quality Settings have dissapeared

I used to be able in the settings have the ability to change the quality for remote quality. Those settings are no longer available. Why might this be the case?

Where specifically?

In Plex Media Server, the settings are in Settings → Server_Name → Remote Access.

  • Internet upload speed
  • Limit remote stream bitrate

Plex Web: Settings → Plex Web → Quality → Internet Streaming → Video Quality

Plex Desktop: The same as Plex Web, but in the Plex for Windows/Mac/Linux section.
