Server Version#: latest version (1st Feb 2024) cannot see version on Nvidia Shield TV Pro

Yesterday I bought a brand new Nvidia Shield TV Pro and set up Plex and the Plex media server on it with a 4TB USB HDD. It will not list anything from the HDD (I have set up Plex app permissions to allow files and media), it just tells me to use the web app to set up the library (why would I need to go online on my pc to set up the server which has the media attached directly to the Shield?). So I did that anyway and on there it tells me that it is Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely. I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Plex app and the media server, several times with the same reseult each time (even after clearing the cache. I have now found online that I need to ask someone here to reset my security certificate so that it will connect me.
Please help, I only bought the Nvidia Shield to use for this exact purpose.
