Cannot create library from server config

My NAS WD PR2100 wont allow me to create a library, instead asked me to download and install the server to my nas. Tried to remove and reinstall. Same thing happens

This happens to me too.

I download the server
install the server
run the web app
try to add media
is told to download the server

and so the Carousel goes over and over
