Cannot create library

I’ve been using plex for many years. I’m trying to set up a new server and I find that I am unable to create any libraries. Every time I go through the steps to create a library in the web interface, I get the message “Your changes could not be saved.” when I hit the ADD LIBRARY button.

We are investigating why this issue is happening to some folks. We think it is possibly a component not starting properly. For some simply restarting the Plex Media Server app or the device the server is installed on resolves the issue.
