So I have plex pass and have my server is signed in but the king icon is not by my name and I cannot create users. Saw some older posts with similar issues and they said to leave home, but that option is not there as well…any solutions???

I am having this exact same problem. My husband deleted his account that I was attached to and now I have no leave home buttons and no admin access. What was the fix here?
Same problem, have Plex pass and left one my user in Plex home and no options to create managed users.

You should see your user name. If you hover your mouse over the name, there will be a red X at the right end of the line, which allows you to leave this Home.
