Hello, I am new to Plex and cannot get TV Shows and Movies to automatically display embedded subtitles with the forced tag. Plex recognizes them, as the “Get Info” modal says “Forced true” for them. MKVToolnix also says they have the forced tag, and this was not an issue in Kodi which is the player I would like to switch from. The names in the dropdown menu also say “English Forced” as a second indication that Plex recognizes the tag. The players have always been installed on the same Windows 10 PC as the server, though I did briefly try the Android app on a Qualcom S9+ with the same issue (over home WiFi). Any help would be appreciated. I like Plex and its features but this would be a daily annoyance if I cannot get this working 
Things that I have tried:
- Changing account and player language settings, including toggling the automatic audio and subtitle selection
- Doing the “Plex Dance” on library
- Deleting imported folders from library and reimporting
- Uninstalling players and server, making a new Plex account and reinstalling and trying again
- Installing Windows 10 Pro on a different, newly formatted SSD (I was doing this anyways) and installing Plex Server with a new Plex account
Note: I would like them to display no matter the audio language, so setting subtitles to always appear with a foreign audio language unfortunately will not help me.
