Cannot install latest plexmediaserver_1.15.4.993-bb4a2cb6c_armhf.deb on RaspberryPi 3 ( Raspbian )

I am struggling to install the latest version of Plex Media Server for RPi3 ( ARMv7 ) running Raspbian.

I am following the below instructions as an example:

I keep on getting the above error.
For some reason its trying to an " older " version of the application and just falls over at 8%. It is also takes extremely long to even get to 8%…I’ve never had this issue before with updating plex in the past. I’ve manually tried removing the repo, install and configurations on the pi and re-installing and still keep on getting this issue.

I then also manually downloaded the latest file from plex site for ARMv7 " plexmediaserver_1.15.4.993-bb4a2cb6c_armhf.deb " and then to install the file using:

sudo dpkg -i plexmediaserver_1.15.4.993-bb4a2cb6c_armhf.deb
I then get get the below error:

Has anyone experienced similar issue and got a fix or know what else to do or check?
I am lost…

Just remove my old installer package manually before you install the new package: sudo apt-get remove plexmediaserver-installer
