When streaming, the video frequently skips seconds at a time, probably due to the low quality wifi available. To address this issue, I try to lower the quality or convert automatically, which has worked in the past to resolve the skipping issue. Recently, anytime I try to change the playback quality, I get either a non-specific playback error or an s3014 media error. Would appreciate ideas of how to fix this, as this was never a problem I had before. Also, I don’t know much about technology, so please give me answers like I’m stupid.
