Cannot open Plex for Windows

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554
Player Version#: 1.2.0.875-b7362913
After install and click launch receive message LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect.

Checked for logs in %LocalAppData%\Plex, but no Logs folder exists.

Tried uninstalling deleting %LocalAppData%\Plex folder restarting computer and reinstalling, but same error.

Desktop is Windows 10 version 1903.

Disregard, was connected to my PC by RDCP and apparently that was the issue. Opens and works fine local to the pc.
