Cannot play Songs on Android devices

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112
Player Version#: 8.3.1.19108

For weeks i have not ben able to play songs and albums on both my FireTV and my mobile plex app. It will show an unspecified error and skip to the next song, rinse and repeat. Does not matter which album or song.
I had hoped this was a glitch but i waited several server and client updates and it still does not work. On the other hand, on android on the plex Amp App, it does playback without issues.

Wait 20 seconds
Download the logs ZIP
Attach that ZIP

We’ll then see if it’s client or in the server.

So I may tag better, where / what is the server ? OS / Distro

As for the system, i unfortunately don’t know as it is hosted on a seedbox. As far as i am concerned, they are running a distributed docker cluster on linux with plex provided as docker container.

The only things I see are:

Very frequent rescanning of media. (consumes most of the logs)
A few timeouts while attempting to talk to a device but was not persistent.
A couple playbacks.

Otherwise Nothing.

You’ll probably need to get the client logs and see what it’s complaining about.
