Cannot reset password

I am trying to reset my password, but

  1. I do not get the verification email - I may be on the Plex spam list?

  2. I am still logged in, so tried to reset it that way, but when I try to reset it, it says Invalid Password - but I can still log in using these details.

Please advise!
