Cannot see anything in shared library on iPad

Just installed Plex on a server PC I have.

I can log in using the same account on my TV and watch things from it just fine.

However, the sharing feature, which is supposedly Plex’s strongest selling point, doesn’t work at all.

I’ve shared all libraries to a different account (who accepted it) and restarted the server, yet this is the only thing I get on the iPad:

The iPad in question is in a different country, but I didn’t think Plex was restricted to local network?

Can you PM me the Plex email addresses of the accounts involved so I can check for issues on Plex’s side? I checked the account you wrote this question from and you don’t have a server.
