Cannot Share Libraries

I am running the latest version of the Plex plugin (0.9.16.3) on my FreeNAS server and for some reason can not share my libraries. None of my libraries show as available when adding to an existing user or a new user. I have been unable to find any previous posts with this issue, please help.

Please verify your server is logged into your account (the account you’re trying to share from) and connected to Plex (Settings -> Server -> Remote Access)

If both are true, it should look like the image below. This capture taken from 0.9.16.4 (current)
