It sounds as if PMS is starting before your computer’s internet is running but that makes little sense unless this issue only occurs at system reboot. If it occurs randomly, something in the host’s networking configuration is changing.
I will need to see the log files immediate after such a restart to see what the complaint/ problem was reported as

I just noticed that I get the same error message as mentioned above. I have a pretty fresh installed PMS running via Docker on Unraid at Version 1.18.1.2019.
My TV and Movie Librarys are running just fine and i can update them but my Audiobook (setup as music) library is showing this error message. Are there any updates on this thopic how to fix this issue without restarting the server every time?

If a server cannot reach the internet…
Look at your local machine’s configuration.
Without the required internet connection, PMS isn’t going anywhere . Version of PMS does not matter.
Got the same problem today and I’m accessing Plex through internet…
