Cannot use account any more or create new account

Hi,
I just discovered I had accidentally created 2 PLEX accounts. In the process of cleaning up, I have (I think) managed to delete both accounts but I also cannot recreate new accounts. I have tried requesting password resets just in case but nothing is coming to my email which further re-enforces my theory that I have deleted by accounts.
Can someone from Plex help? Is there some way I can send the username/email address without posting to the open forum?
