Since the latesy update of Plex I have not been able to watch a single program. All was working fine prior to that but now I keep getting the message that my show cannot be watched and to make sure my server is conncected. I have done everything I can find on my own to fix this. Very little is more frustrating than having a problem and not being able to discuss it with someone. Why are we not allowed to talk to any customer support? Most of the blogs address questions entirely different than mine.This is day 5 for me with no Plex The shows are in my queue but won't play. None of the channels will allow me to watch anything. I have uninstalled from my Roku and online PLex and reinstalled but nothing helps. Perhaps I should go to social media- do you think someone could help me there? I am so frustrated I cannot tell you..... someone, anyone, please?!
