When I try to play advertised web shows, the show seems to try to play but a message then appears telling me I am unable to play the webshow & I should contact the forums. This fault has intermittently (regularly) occurred, ever since I first started using Plex. Why is this? By the way, although I greatly appreciate the kindly supplied advice of forum users, I find it extremely disappointing that Plex “surrogates” its advice service to other users as opposed to addressing the enquiries themselves/

- Plex Media Server version and OS it’s installed on
- Which Plex app are you using (web browser, Roku, iPhone, etc)?
- Which Web Show(s) (specific ones or all)?
- What’s the message you get exactly? (Photo/screenshot is ideal)
