Cant add delete or add directories

Server Version#: Version 4.54.5

One of my music libraries will no longer let me add or delete directories. I get a message that says “Your changes cannot be saved”.

I’d be grateful for help with this.

Three things to try

  1. Restart the server.

  2. Check for database corruption. See this post for info.

  3. If the database is OK, then a) make sure your system is set for debug logging, b) re-create the problem so it will be captured by the logs, c) download & post the .zip file with the logs. See Reporting Issues with Plex Media Server for info on logging levels and retrieving log files.
