Can't Catch A Break - XBox Live is Down

PSA: TV, Music, and video service is down or "Limited" what ever that means.

 

Why is Plex not listed for "Xbox One Apps" on the below website, but is for the Xbox 360?

That’s right. But that is the Xbox 360 app. Filter to Xbox one apps and it does not even show up. Though, not sure what you were trying to get across with your post. . .
