Yes, same subnet. My Plex server is 192.168.1.145 and my laptop is 192.168.1.26. I can access the Plex Media Server from my laptop just fine at http://192.168.1.145:32400/web in my browser. I can also SSH from my laptop to the Plex server for command-line access. I don’t have Wireless Isolation enabled on my router.
I gave it another try, but wasn’t able to cable in because I don’t have a USB-C ethernet dongle. I ordered one, but it will be a few days before it arrives. I did follow the rest of the instructions and the logs are attached. Still not claiming
It thinks it has a route to Plex.tv but is not getting a reply.

Error 28 is timeout. There is nothing coming back.
Something in the WiFi routing but not clear to me what.
This is what I hope to find out with the laptop on the physical LAN. Hopefully isolate it to the WiFi
