That means it thinks you are on a different network than tha sever for some reason. ( I assume you are actually on that computer though

OK. If you are on that computer then the only thing I can see that might be causing weirdness is you appear to have IPv6 enabled in server network settings which I donāt think you need if you are only using it locally.
other devices need v6 and now the old account with lifetime pass has it s libraries agin and seems to work
ok that is good.
Can you access it with those other local devices now ok as well?
